In your individually curated session, I select music and mantra recordings or guided meditations specifically tailored to your intention and healing journey. Massage is combined with aromatherapy, chakra balancing crystal work and blocked energy clearing. The massage ends in a crystal sound bath. There's so much more to this nurturing massage than I can write here. It's truly something special and is the perfect combination of physically and emotionally therapeutic care. Myofascial Release

This two part session reduces chronic and wide-spread pain caused by scar tissue, physical trauma, and postural changes. The goal is to loosen muscles and joints constricted by myofascial tissue. In the 30 minutes of part one I teach you tennis ball rolling so you can continue this therapy between sessions. Part two combines an hour of slow moving pressure, trigger point holds and stretching. Performed comfortably in a side-laying position and face up. Add on a 30 minute warm oil pour hair and scalp treatment and make this the perfect treat! For the health and safety of you and your baby, services longer than 90 minutes are not advised and extended periods of heat/temperature disregulation can be harmful. This is truly a special experience and every effort will be made to make it unforgettable for you! Consider adding Reiki or a Crystal Sound Bath to elevate the experience even higher heights. Plan on at least 3 hours for this 90 minute massage due to the time to drive the 4WD road and/or hike to the location. This is the ultimate stress, depression and anxiety relief treatment. In this classic Ayurvedic treatment, warmed coconut oil infused with aromatic essential oil is poured from a special copper pot and slowly drizzled over the third eye. The oil cascades over the scalp and hair. The pour is followed by a long scalp massage, working the oil into every strand of hair. You'll sleep better after, feel completely calm and ready for anything the world has in store for you. *Book this first, then book the massage. This avoids the buffer time added to massage appointments.

Prickly Pear Back Scrub & Wrap

Exfoliating and detoxifying, this scrub creates a sense of calm, safety and nourishment as it naturally relaxes your sympathetic nervous system, our "fight or flight" system. Warm prickly pear juice, harvested from right here on our 10 acre property, provides the slip for the application of a Himalayan salt scrub. A nourishing and deeply cleansing bentonite clay from the Nevada desert is applied and allowed to soak in while you get a lovely scalp massage, wrapped up in warm steamed towels. Sugar scrub can be substituted for those with sensitive skin.
